Shipping Policy


Alonsa Guevara is the brand operated by Bay Ridge Art Space LLC (the legal entity, hereafter “we”, “us”, or “our”).

All physical products purchased through our store—including books, yearbooks, photobooks, comic books, magazines, apparel, posters, prints, blankets/throws and other merchandise—are produced and fulfilled by third-party printing and fulfillment partners. Each product must be printed, created, or prepared before it is shipped to you.


Shipping Times
Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, natural disasters, and delivery restrictions may extend the time it takes for your order to arrive. Orders affected by such delays may take up to 6 weeks.


Domestic and International Shipping

  • Domestic and international shipping times vary depending on the product type and shipping method selected.
  • International and priority shipping services may require additional transit time and can take up to 28 days for delivery.
  • Express and expedited delivery methods generally deliver Monday through Friday.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly packaged, or fails to arrive, we will provide a replacement. Please notify us within 15 days of your order’s shipment date. 


How to Submit a Claim

If your order is damaged, misprinted, defective, or lost, contact us and include in your message: 

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the problem

We will request a clear photo of the product and packaging (if applicable).

We’ll review your claim and respond as soon as we can.



Shipping Limitations

  • Some carriers impose weight limits, which may prevent certain shipping methods from being available for larger orders.
  • Orders shipped to PO Box addresses must use standard or priority mail; carriers such as FedEx or UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses must use the U.S. Postal Service. Express shipping cannot be used for these addresses. Please select the appropriate Armed Forces shipping option at checkout.

Local Postal Services and Customs

  • International Economy packages are delivered using the postal service of the destination country.
  • Duties, taxes, and fees determined by local customs or immigration agencies are the responsibility of the recipient. Bay Ridge Art Space LLC is not responsible for additional costs due to shipment failure, customs delays, or late delivery.

Special Locations

  • For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico using standard mail, estimated transit times are at least 14 days. If delivery exceeds this time, orders may be eligible for a reorder at the discretion of our support team.

Correctional Facilities
Before ordering, please check for delivery restrictions. Correctional facilities often do not accept certain products (e.g., coil-bound books) and typically require mail delivery. Orders returned from correctional facilities are not eligible for refund or reorder.


Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number (if available) via email. Please note that tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method and product type.


Additional Notes

  • All shipping estimates are provided by third-party fulfillment partners and are subject to delays outside of Bay Ridge Art Space LLC’s control.
  • Multiple products in a single order may ship separately depending on production times and fulfillment partner locations.
  • Additional shipping costs may apply if multiple products are purchased, as items may ship separately depending on production and fulfillment schedules.
