REFUND POLICY

Online Mentorship Programs

The 4-Week Mentorship & Accountability Program and the Private Video Call: Review & Feedback Session are eligible for a partial refund within 30 days of purchase, minus transaction fees, only if the program has not started and no sessions or personalized feedback have been delivered.
Both online programs expire 6 months after the purchase date.
Once the first session begins or any feedback is provided, the program becomes non-refundable.

 

Physical Products

Due to the nature of the print-on-demand manufacturing process of these products, I CAN NOT offer refunds either I accept returns for physical products. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, contact us within 15 days and we will replace it.

Please make sure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

 

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 15 days after you receive it.
Send us a clear photo and a short explanation of what went wrong.
If we confirm the issue, we will try to replace the item.


Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit, you must submit a claim within 15 days since the estimated delivery date.
If the package is confirmed lost, we will try to replace your order.


Cases Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Orders with the wrong or incomplete address entered at checkout
  • Items ordered in the wrong size or color
  • Change of mind, dissatisfaction, or other reasons not related to a defect


How to Submit a Claim

If your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, please contact us and include in your message: 

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the product and packaging (if applicable).
  • A short description of the reason/problem
